ASA Members: CSC 2026 registration reimbursement
ASA members (who have maintained their ASA Advanced Trainee membership for two years) may claim one complimentary NSC or CSC registration during their Provisional Fellow Training or their first two years as an Ordinary member. T&C apply.

The full and trainee registrations entitle these delegates to the following:
- Access to all in-person program sessions each day, including onsite catering
- Access to book any workshop (restricted by category during the early bird period, after which access is unlimited to available sessions)
- Access to the trade exhibition held at Rydges, Hunter Valley
- Access to the Welcome Reception with a complimentary ticket included in your registration. Guest tickets are available to purchase
- Access to purchase “Viva La Vines” cocktail function tickets for you and any guests
- Access to purchase tickets for organised social tours for you and any guests
- Access to the app and the ability to participate in Q&A
- Access to all on-demand session recordings, available for up to 3 months post-event
Optional social functions available to all categories to purchase:
- “Viva La Vines” cocktail function
- Tours and Hunter Valley activities
Weekend registrations entitle these delegates to the following:

- Access to book any workshop on Saturday 10 October (restricted by category during the early bird period, after which access is unlimited to available sessions)

- Access to the app and the ability to participate in Q&A
- Access to all on-demand session recordings, available for up to 3 months post-event

Terms and Conditions
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email, with an attached tax invoice and receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email register.csc@arinexgroup.com to obtain your copy.
Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration area. The badge will be your pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. Your badge must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The congress managers expect appropriate behaviour from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Credit/Debit Card
The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Diners or AMEX. Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Australian Society of Anaesthetists’
Invoices

Registration
Cancellations before Tuesday 30 June 2026 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Wednesday 1 July 2026 to Tuesday 8 September 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 9 September 2026 will receive no refund.
Social Functions

This information is correct at the time of publishing. The congress managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the meeting timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the congress managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The congress managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the meeting for promotional, advertising or reporting of the meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.
Australia operates under the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches), 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
Europe operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. The GDPR aims primarily to give protection to citizens over their personal data.
The congress managers comply with these legislations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
Arinex will not sell your personal information to third parties. If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advising us in writing.
Why do we wish you to provide your information?
We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Congress and to facilitate your participation in the Congress. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for the purposes listed below. You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses.
Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Congress or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.
What we will do with your information?
- Planning and conducting of the Congress including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);
- In the delegate list published for the Congress;
- May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Congress;
- May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.
The Conference Secretariat shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the unavailability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting. In the event the meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting shall not be liable to attendee for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
Liability / Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither the Australian Society of Anaesthetists nor DC Conference & Association Management will accept liability for, but not limited to:
* Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
* Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference;
* Loss of international/domestic air fares or accommodation through cancellation for any reason;
* Medical Expenses.
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin. Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.
The ASA and NZSA respects the rights of all delegates to have varying views on many issues. We wish to encourage respectful and reasonable discussion at our meetings. Speakers have the right to deliver their messages without unwanted interjection.
Where possible we will try to provide opportunity for respectful dialogue within the program when time allows.
The organiser and hosts/s of CSC 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/event at any time any attendee to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the Wonnarua people, traditional owners and keepers of the Hunter Valley area where CSC 2026 will be hosted. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future. The Wonnarua people have a deep spiritual connection to the land.
We commit to respecting the land, people and culture of the Wonnarua Nation during the congress, and at all times.
